I agree that it with all the good news about vaccine deployment, one would think that there is this pent-up demand from consumers which also reinforces the the view that the economy is starting to recover.

However, the stock market gyrations are quite crazy. All stocks, big cap with strong numbers and earnings go up and then sell down the next day or 2. And these gyrations are happening daily. It’s like a whipsaw and one needs a strong heart to withstand all these moves.

I think people are nervous since we are seeing the market go up a lot and down a lot within a week so no one really knows whether to hold strong or take profits.
