MicroStrategy shorted by Citron Research

MicroStrategy is the world's largest corporate Bitcoin holder, currently holding more than 331,200 Bitcoin, accounting for 1.5% of the total global circulation. Citron Research shorted MicroStrategy, sending its shares tumbling. MicroStrategy's success is highly dependent on the high premium level of its stock price to Bitcoin. Citron Research believes that direct investment in Bitcoin ETFs may be a better option.
