    i think what ppl is concern about here is whether our shares are non existence cos it is strange why we can't be provided with proxy card and have to vote through tiger instead..

      i have just open moomoo and found out that moomoo Sg also DON'T provide proxy card nor control number.

      only MooMoo US does.  so basically tiger and MooMoo works the same way

      Because the agreement said it is held under custody. So you are not the legal shareholder if u buy from Tiger. Reality is for non-Americans, there isnt a viable option for that

    I believe too many nakedshorting which led to nonexistent shares being circulated around. Risky
