Reading Charts - đ
Hoki doki - this article goes into the logistics of supply and demand when analysing stock movements and is in relation to trading volume which on a supply/demand level is basically the underlying denominator that derives the "Value or Price" of the underlying asset. Economics 101 stuff, but how does this aspect actually correlate with "Wall Street" stocks or indexes fluctuations in terms of value or price?
I must say that I have been surprised when analysing past 'market' fluctuations when comparing the changes in the volume being traded and the actual affect that it would or probably better put 'should' have on the stock being traded. I'm somewhat bemused by what I am seeing in some instances so will be very interested in others feedback in terms of the charts đ I'm about to show in terms of volume and price/cost of the asset that actually appears to have very little to actually do with demand aka volume, yet the value/price fluctuations are wildly different đ¤
So yeah don't be shy, this is for the benefit of education for all those prepared to learn and listen and I'm no guru and always look forward to gaining knowledge from those with more experience and I live by the rule book that if you think you know everything you may as well be dead â ď¸ as there possibly a better way to analyse and do whatever it may be even if it's only the slightest tweak so help yourself and as a consortium help each other - too good to contribute or just sideline scabbing - pfffff đ
Ok, without lesser a do ere we go -
Screenshot one âď¸ correlates with economics 101 or thereabouts, however, #2 has a far more abstract heartbeat without from my perspective anyway, too much correlation with volume or aka the basis of supply vs demand so the question is has it got a pacemaker in or is it just bad crack đ¤đđ
But yeah, honestly looking for some form of analytical hypothesis on this aspect as I'm somewhat dumbfounded and my profibility as a trader on Wall Street is being questioned and I'm falling in that 95% category again đđŠđĽ˛
I might need another Valium đ
