What is your opinion on staggered buying?

Like buying 50% at the pivot and the rest when the trade starts to work in your favour.

the idea is good but the implementation is not easy. I have went through such exercise for a short period during 2020 covid lockdown and it will require increase screentime/sitting hours which often is not ideal or productive.

the design of entry/stop has to be first angled based on your win rate %. if you win rate is low, you need to focus on the stops exit to reduce the R loss within a trade. I don't know how to further emphasis the significance of reducing a -1R loss into -0.5 to -0.7R on the same idea.

If you have account size that equate 1R to $1,000, 30% reduction in R loss for 100 trade is $30,000. Imagine a per month trade frequency of 50 trades, that's $15,000 savings per month in trading.
