One of my goals is to improve my physical fitness, specifically running a 5k in under 30 minutes. To work towards this goal, I'll start by following a structured running plan that gradually increases my endurance. This December, I'll focus on building consistency by running 3 times a week, with a mix of shorter runs and interval training. I'll also prioritize stretching and strength exercises to prevent injury. By sticking to this plan, I hope to enter 2025 with a strong foundation to reach my 5k goal.
