$CLPS Inc(CLPS)$ Incorporation’s Blockchain Passes University Testing

CLPS Incorporation (the “Company” or “CLPS”) (Nasdaq: CLPS), a leading information technology (“IT”) consulting and solutions service provider focusing on the banking, insurance and financial sectors in China and globally, today provided an update on its most recent blockchain research and development efforts.

In 2018, CLPS signed a blockchain-related contract with a leading university of finance and economics in Shanghai. The project utilizes blockchain technology in the university’s online technical training platform for finance majors. In addition, this project also applies blockchain technology to the teaching management system for students. The management system offers an incentive mechanism that motivates students towards better study habits. This concept is similar to loyalty reward programs offered in the financial industry. The project passed the testing conducted by the university on December 18, 2018.

With the joint efforts of CLPS Research Institute and CLPS Shanghai, the Company’s main operating subsidiary in China, the blockchain project marked another milestone to promote development in the financial industry. CLPS looks forward to cooperating with more customers, exploring new applications for blockchain technology, effectively integrating new technologies into financial industry, and further enhancing the strategic development of the Company.
