Easing of property prices and rental prices in North America

Looks like property prices has reached a boiling point, retracing a little. In turn causing a snowball effect on rental prices as well. 

With Fed actively cutting rates, and seem like it will continue, this will put further pressure on the housing market to retrace to an affordable range for mid-income individuals. 

With that, a suggestion to place a close eye on REIT related stocks such as O (Realty Income) as there might be a good entry opportunity. It has a good dividend rate return and has been consistent paying out for years. Good paypout ratio too, so it doesnt put pressure on the business. =)
