A “Song” Led to My Call Being Exercised 🎵
Nine months ago, I sold a $PLTR call with a strike price of $25 in a rather casual and funny way, almost like going with the flow of a Chinese song. Little did I know that this lighthearted move would turn into a story worth sharing!
Eventually, the call got exercised, and I was forced to sell 100 shares at $25. The bright side? I earned a $1 premium per share, or $100 in total. While the profit wasn’t huge, the whole experience felt more like a spontaneous melody than a calculated trade—and yet, it still brought some harmony to my portfolio.
This episode reminded me that investing doesn’t always have to be serious or rigid. Sometimes, a casual move can still lead to a small win, and having a sense of humor about the process makes the journey all the more enjoyable! 🎶
