$SUPER MICRO COMPUTER INC(SMCI)$ Private Equity would have to be convinced of longer term significant gain, otherwise why finance SMCI with all its baggage?
Nobody will lend money if the business is not making money. Also, nobody will lend money if the business is not complaint with financials. Definitely SMCI is in a hurry to be current on their financials so they can approach a bank to get a loan for their business operations.
