Yeah I feel now is a good time to buy in some stocks at cheap stock, despite fearing that it can drop further. If I don't buy, do I wait till it rebounds back and I go in again.. by then, I will be hesitant again.

  Can also.. but as retails, we will never know which is the bottom, or which is the peak. Just invest consistently when u feel it's right and exit ur investment when u feel it's not right.
