The successor has been workimg alongside Mr Buffett and Mr Munger for quite some time and probably understood their thinking. Plus Mr Buffet would have observed his successor closely before making the decision.

His decision not to sell his holdings also show his trust on his successor. Well, who know he will do it later but as for now, the confident is high and Mf Buffet said his successor will do better than him, wow, thats a great compliment to his new successor.

Hope all the best for his retirement and may Berkshire continue to thrive.
