This is another one of those Singapore shares that I bought and keep for long term.  It's been 3 years now generating a yield of 64%Annual dividend is steady, about 4%, i.e.  To me, it's a goose that lays golden eggs.   Suitable for investors that do not want to experience heart attack riding on roller coasters seeing drastic fluctuations in share price.

    Sounds safe, but how’s the price volatility really?

      You may look at the daily chart. This company deals with properties buy/sell and rental where the revenue is mostly commission. With rising property price and rental price, the commission is increasing proportionally. One may expect steady uptrend but definitely not an instrument to get rich fast.
