Criteria in the tabs filters funds with AUM above 100Million, and with >0% returns on YTD, 3Mth, 6Mth, 1Year timeframes. To include leveraged funds and dividend-paying.

ETFs that dont meet the criteria are eliminated to filter out non-performers, NAV erosion risks for dividend payers, and those with low AUM.

Good starting point for your further research for those interested to use ETFs for tactical allocation or building your satellite portfolios for long term investing.
