    I doubt ETH will be all time high, when Jerome Powell is giving speech tonight. Volatility of the stocks with be very high tonight

      Indeed, the powell speech tonight can be the fuel needed for ath. But even if he dosent announce a rate cut for sep tonight, the possibility of one in oct will be almost certain. Jobless claims are at very high levels as can be seen from the report yesterday.
