$Amazon.com(AMZN)$ Amazon agrees to pay 2.5B to settle FTC lawsuit and the crowd goes mild, with a measly daily change of -0.94% folllowing the news, is it time to buy like there's no tomorrow? 12 month forecast says yes.

With a current low annual forecast of $230 and high of $306, we're sitting at a good value price. With the absence of more bad news we may be looking at a bit of a run leading up to earnings in October, but we will have to wait and see.

I'm looking forward to earnings and an update on guidance regarding AWS, but until then, I'm loading up.

Amazon Settles FTC Prime Case for $2.5 Billion
Amazon has agreed to pay $2.5 billion to settle a case brought by the Federal Trade Commission, resolving allegations of misleading customers into signing up for Prime and making it difficult to cancel. The settlement includes a $1.5 billion fund to repay up to 35 million Prime subscribers, with individual payments up to $51. Amazon will also implement clearer opt-out and cancellation options, along with third-party compliance monitoring. The stock remained steady after the settlement announcement.
