$Webull Corp(BULL)$ In this article, I’m going to share why I’ve been following $BULL closely. I find its combination of scale, structural catalysts, and technical setup genuinely compelling. I’ve had a steady stream of requests since my last post, so I’m laying out exactly how I see it right now. I’m watching this chart like a hawk. $BULL rejected $13.40 but held the $12.40 gold band and I need to see it continue to defend that level to keep the structure constructive. If it can’t reclaim and hold the gold line, I see this as a setup with one more low rather than a Wyckoff Spring.
On the Daily, I’m seeing the structure begin to stabilise after that sharp drop on the 8th, which followed a large shareholder lock up expiry. I view that event as a temporary distortion rather than a breakdown. I find tomorrow’s close particularly important for gauging how options may position into next week, and I still consider the shares attractive for disciplined DCA.
Webull Corp’s stock recently attracted heavy retail attention as traders debated whether it would dip into oversold territory after the lock up expiry. The stock fell 6.6% during regular trading, its worst performance since late August, and extended losses in after hours as concerns about insider selling mounted. According to regulatory filings, approximately 455.6 million shares held by existing shareholders became available for sale on or about 8 October, introducing significant potential supply into the market.
What caught my attention is how retail sentiment flipped almost instantly. Stocktwits data showed sentiment shifting from neutral to extremely bullish in a single day, with message volume surging more than 225%. I find this kind of sentiment acceleration meaningful because it often reflects traders actively positioning into volatility rather than stepping back.
I’ve been following Webull’s fundamental story closely. The platform has expanded to more than 24 million registered users globally and recently entered the European market through the Netherlands. Rosenblatt Securities analysts highlighted how Webull evolved from a niche data platform into the second largest mobile first brokerage in the United States, offering both a top rated app and a full desktop service for active traders. Analysts expect the company to sustain more than 25% annual revenue growth through 2027, well above broader industry forecasts. In Q2, Webull reported a 46% year over year increase in revenue to 131.5 million dollars.
I’m tracking these fundamentals because I believe they can amplify technical breakouts once supply dynamics shift. I’m also watching the insider and founder lock up expiries closely since they run for 180 days to a year. I want to see how price reacts as this new float interacts with the key $13.40 and $12.40 levels. I see structural support, expanding global retail scale, and float dynamics converging here, and if these elements align with a decisive break, I believe it could set the stage for a powerful momentum move.
