$Advanced Micro Devices(AMD)$

Honestly, I think AMD is still one of the most exciting stocks heading into 2025.

Here’s why 👇

First, the AI wave is just getting started — and AMD is positioning itself really well to ride it. Their MI300 chips are finally getting traction in data centers, and a lot of big players are starting to include AMD in their AI infrastructure plans. We’re literally at the beginning of what could be a decade-long AI buildout, and AMD’s tech is finally proving it can compete head-to-head with Nvidia.

Second, the company’s product lineup looks strong across the board. They’ve executed well the past few years — from CPUs to GPUs — and now they’re doubling down on AI accelerators. Lisa Su and her team have built a reputation for delivering, and that gives me confidence that AMD isn’t just riding hype; they’re actually building long-term value.

Third, valuation-wise, I still think there’s room to grow. The market has priced in Nvidia’s success, but not AMD’s potential yet. If their data-center business continues to grow the way it has been, we could see some serious upside.

Of course, there are risks — it’s still a super competitive space and execution matters a lot. But personally, I’d rather be in early on a company that’s still expanding into AI, rather than chase the one that’s already priced to perfection.

Long story short — I’m holding my AMD shares and might even add more on dips. This story is far from over.

AMD Expects Profit to Triple! Are You Missing Out on its AI Story?
AMD is rallying in pre-market trading. At AMD’s Analyst Day, the CEO shared an optimistic outlook for the AI market and expects AMD’s sales to accelerate over the next five years. She also revealed AMD’s financial targets for the next three to five years. AMD aims to capture a “double-digit” market share in the data center AI chip market, with annual revenue from data center chips expected to reach $100 billion within five years. With its rapid AI push and expanding data center business, is AMD catching up with Nvidia? Can the stock hit $300 in 2025?
