Helen Chow, spouse of Wing Tai Chairman Cheng Wai Keung, purchased an additional 120,000 shares in the company on January 5, with the transaction value remaining undisclosed.

Following this acquisition, her total voting shares in the company have increased to 476,339,859, representing a substantial 62.34% of the total ordinary voting shares outstanding.

On the day of the transaction, Wing Tai's stock closed at $1.44, marking an increase of 2 cents, or a gain of 1.408%.
