$NVIDIA(NVDA)$  too much conditions & limitations put on top. Makes it a difficult deal. China must ensure security & US seeks to compromise it & limits usage. But never doubt Jensen. He survives the worst already. Not that easy to go down. After all, he's the man.

The latest developments in Nvidia's H200 chip export policy and market supply to China
Nvidia clarified that no advance payment is required for the H200 chip, and the U.S. Department of Commerce approved the export of the chip to China, requiring third-party laboratories to review technical performance and ensure sufficient domestic supply in the United States. This move reflects the strict supervision of AI chip exports by the United States and the balance of market supply.
