$Ondas Holdings Inc.(ONDS)$ is acquiring BIRD Aerosystems to expand into airborne missile protection & strengthen its defense platform with proven ISR + countermeasure systems.

BIRD’s technology is already deployed on 700+ aircraft across 40+ platforms including with the U.S. Army, NATO & UN fleets.

$Meta Platforms, Inc.(META)$ plans to deploy four new generations of MTIA chips over the next two years showing it sees custom silicon as critical for scaling ranking, recommendations & GenAI workloads more efficiently.

What stands out is that Meta is building for both ad-driven ranking & GenAI inference which suggests it sees enough convergence to justify a broader in-house silicon push.

$Advanced Micro Devices(AMD)$CEO Lisa Su is set to meet with Samsung next week to discuss HBM supply and broader chip cooperation.

If AMD can lock in Samsung as a scaled memory partner across future generations it would ease one of the biggest concerns around the MI300 + MI400 story.

$Navitas Semiconductor Corp(NVTS)$ is up ~20% after launching two 1200V GeneSiC 5th-gen SiC MOSFET packages built for AI power racks with claims of ~35% better switching efficiency.

These parts are aimed at the power density and thermal limits inside high-density AI data center systems.

Anthropic is upgrading Claude for Excel & PowerPoint with deeper context-sharing across both add-ins with the new skills rolling out to all paid plans starting today.

Available through $Amazon.com(AMZN)$Bedrock, $Alphabet(GOOGL)$ Cloud Vertex AI & $Microsoft(MSFT)$ Foundry, the update makes Claude easier to deploy across enterprise workflows.

$NVIDIA(NVDA)$ launched Nemotron 3 Super which is a 120B-parameter model for autonomous multi-agent systems with a 1 million-token context window & just 12B active parameters.

Nvidia says it delivers up to 5x higher throughput & up to 2x higher accuracy than the prior version with open-weight partners including Perplexity & $PLTR as it pushes broader agentic AI adoption.
