Meta has committed to purchasing additional available compute capacity from certain upcoming Nebius clusters, up to $15 billion over the five-year period.

This fits into the broader AI infrastructure boom, where companies like Meta are ramping up massive capex (Meta reportedly planning up to $135 billion in AI-related spending this year). Nebius has secured other big deals too, including multi-billion agreements with Microsoft.
