Pinnacle Discovers Silver-Lead-Zinc Mineralization During LiDAR Follow-Up at El Potrero Project

A series of brecciated veins hosting pyrite-sphalerite-galena mineralization within andesite porphyry have been discovered in the south-central part of the block, extending approximately 650 meters along strike.
Initial sampling yielded peak individual assay results of 266 g/t silver, 4.39% lead, and 2.89% zinc; additional results are pending release.

Vancouver, British Columbia, $PINNACLE SILVER & GOLD CORP(NRGOF)$ is pleased to announce the discovery of previously unknown silver-lead-zinc mineralization in the southern block of its high-grade El Potrero Gold-Silver Project located in Durango, Mexico. The discovery was made during the initial weeks of a multi-week mapping and reconnaissance program designed to follow up on shafts, adits, and pits identified by a recently completed airborne LiDAR survey.

As announced by the Company on January 6, 2026, the LiDAR survey covered the entire 1,074-hectare project area, confirming known structural trends, delineating previously unknown structural zones, and identifying a total of 6 shafts, 64 adits, and 51 pits across the two mineral tenures comprising the project. Follow-up fieldwork began in early February on the southern Maria Fernanda 2 (“MF2”) tenure, where 3 shafts, 14 adits, and 22 pits were identified.

During the first round of follow-up work, several silicified brecciated veins within andesite porphyry containing silver-lead-zinc sulfides were observed and sampled. The best individual assay result from a 0.9-meter channel sample was 266 g/t silver, 4.39% lead, and 2.89% zinc.

Electric Metals (USA) Limited Announces Sale of Non-Core Nevada Silver Assets

Wilmington, Delaware / ACCESS Newswire / $ELECTRIC METALS USA LIMITED(EMUSF)$ , a U.S.-based critical minerals and advanced materials company, today announced that it has entered into a definitive Purchase and Sale Agreement (the “Agreement”) effective January 30, 2026, and has received an initial $300,000 payment from Ameerex Corporation (HIRU). Ameerex is an unrelated energy and minerals company based in Georgia, USA (the “Purchaser”). Pursuant to the Agreement, the Company has agreed to sell its wholly-owned subsidiaries North American Silver Corporation and Centennial Mining, along with their respective assets located in Nye County, Nevada (the “Transaction”).

The assets to be sold include the Corcoran Silver-Gold Mine and Belmont Silver Mine projects, consisting of unpatented federal lode mining claims and an option to lease certain patented mining claims. The Transaction represents a disposal of non-core assets and aligns with the Company’s strategic focus on advancing its core manganese projects.

The Corcoran Silver-Gold Mine project is located approximately 92 kilometers (57 miles) northeast of Tonopah, Nevada, and is an advanced exploration stage silver-gold project with a NI 43-101 compliant technical report. Mineralization occurs near surface, remains open in multiple directions, and the project area contains several identified exploration targets.

The Belmont Silver Mine project is located approximately 15 kilometers (9 miles) south of Corcoran, within the broader Tonopah Silver Mining District. It is a historically significant silver mining area that has seen minimal modern exploration, presenting a promising area for systematic evaluation using contemporary exploration techniques.

Pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, Ameerex has agreed to acquire all issued and outstanding shares of North American Silver Corporation and Centennial Mining for a total consideration of $3.5 million, payable in cash in the following installments: $300,000 upon signing the Agreement (received); $1.1 million within 90 days of signing; and $2.1 million within 180 days of signing.

The Company will retain a 2.5% NSR royalty on each of the Corcoran and Belmont projects, with an aggregate royalty cap of 3.0%, which includes existing third-party royalties. Ameerex has the right to repurchase the combined NSR royalty for $500,000 prior to or upon payment of the final purchase installment, or thereafter at a price of $1 million per 0.5% royalty interest.
