My take on the NBIS & RKLB funding surge: Are we at the top?

Both Nebius and Rocket Lab have been on a wild run lately. Raising funds at these price levels is a classic "strike while the iron is hot" move, but for us retail investors, it’s a nerve-wracking game of musical chairs.

• NBIS: The AI infrastructure hype is real, but a capital raise usually leads to short-term dilution. I’m watching the support levels closely.

• RKLB: They are solid, but after such a massive pump, a "healthy correction" is almost inevitable.

When to bottom? I wouldn’t go all-in right now. I’m waiting for a 15-20% pullback from the recent peak to start averaging in. Don't let FOMO turn you into a long-term "bag holder" by accident.

Nebius & Rocket Lab Raises Funds at High: When to Bottom?
Nebius plans to issue $3.75 billion in convertible senior notes to fund the buildout. Following the announcement, its stock dropped over 10%, giving back part of its previous gains. Rocket Lab is raising funds to ensure the smooth first flight of its next-generation Neutron rocket in 2026. The company is conducting an ATM (at-the-market) offering to raise up to $1 billion in common stock. After the announcement, RKLB shares fell ~5% in after-hours trading. How long before it’s attractive to buy the dip?
