$Soup Holdings(5KI.SI)$ Mok Yip Peng disposed of 25,000,000 Soup Holdings ordinary shares on April 10, 2026.


Why is this significant? Mok, trimmed 50% of his holdings, at a low of 6 cents. Doesn't looks good. Might have major announcement coming and it sure doesn't look good.

    It was a married deal with the other major shareholders. No shares are sold in the open market. Got other shareholders willing to pay 6 cents for a block of 10% shares means the company still viable. I selling my 1% stake at 7.5 cents.
