$INTC 20260508 70.0 PUT$ Intel ran too fast & furious. Nevertheless I got a small tiny bite. Now switching my attention to it's Singapore proxy AEM (ticker AWX at SGX).
I attended it's recent AGM and spoke with their senior management. I am impressed with their recent strategic partnership with ASE- Taiwan. The deal is structured in two stages to align interests — AEM gets SGD12 million upfront, and ASE only gets more shares (at recent prices) if the partnership generates targeted revenues for AEM. Next , to receive another SDG117 Millions, with new business target met.
This potentially helps AEM move beyond a few big customers into the wider OSAT ecosystem, which serves many chip companies. Ì did some research and believe there is still room for upwards trajectories with the Chips bullrun and global Osat exposures, hopefully towards SDG10. See attached [Tongue]
