    I will sell 2 million shares at 5.7 cents in June which is 5% discount of Mok Yip Peng selling price of 6 cents. Wong Wei Teck and Ang Yu Seng can buy another 2 million shares from me at 5.7 cents.

    soup holdings is the holding company for soup restaurant a chain of Chinese restaurants famed for Samsui chicken, claypot tofu. It was listed at 21 cents on May 2007. Now the share price fell to 5.3 cents after incurring 2 consecutive years of losses.


    I bought 4 million shares or about 1.5% of the company. The counter is not liquid. Recently the major shareholder Mok Yip Peng sold 40 million shares to Ang Yu Seng and Wong Wei Teck at 6 cents each. I am thinking of buying more shares on the open market at 5 cents which is lower than the 6 cents that Ang Yu Seng and Womg Wei Teck paid for the shares.


    I can only afford to buy at most 10% of soup holdings shares without borrowing from banks, but I am worried that the share price will fall further. Should I buy now or wait for the share price to crash 50% then move in to buy 20% stake and vie for CEO job.

    U are in deep 💩 James. Looks at the buy q. If u want to rid half a million shares, prepare to sell down till 5 cents. In order to rid all 1.1 million shares, u need to sell down till less than 3 cents. That’s at least $60k down the drain. And u still holding on to over a million shares. 🤭🤭🤭

    I will queue to sell at 5.x cents every day to depress the market price so that everyone can buy below 6 cents which is the price Ang Yu Seng and Wong Wei Teck paid for 40 million shares.
