@Barcode$Rocket Lab USA, Inc.(RKLB)$ $AST SpaceMobile, Inc.(ASTS)$ $Intuitive Machines(LUNR)$ 🚀🛰️📡 Space Stocks Face a Valuation Reset as Insider Selling Picks Up 📡🛰️🚀 I’m watching sentiment cool very quickly across the aerospace trade after one of the strongest momentum runs of 2026. The sector had been pricing in a huge amount of optimism around the upcoming SpaceX IPO, but over the last two sessions investors have started reassessing valuations and taking some risk off the table. Recent moves have been sharp: • $UFO -11% in two sessions • $ASTS -23% • $RKLB -17% • $LUNR -17% That is a meaningful pullback after the aggressive run higher across the group. One development stood out to me this week around Rocket Lab $RKLB. 📊 Investor note: Rocket Lab insider activity turned notable. Key highlights: • Rocket Lab SVP Arjun Kampani sold approximately US$10M worth of shares • Sale executed near recent highs around current trading levels • Transaction reduced his personal stake by roughly 24% • Largest reported insider sale at Rocket Lab over the past year • No insider buying reported over the last 12 months • Company insiders still retain around US$571M in stock, or roughly 0.7% ownership • Insider activity remains worth watching as valuation expectations continue expanding Then zoom out. Across Rocket Lab $RKLB and AST SpaceMobile $ASTS, insiders and executives have reportedly sold roughly US$740M worth of stock over the last two quarters. At the same time: • zero insider buys over the last six months • retail participation accelerated • valuations pushed to record highs • SpaceX IPO expectations intensified That combination deserves attention. Insider selling alone is never automatically bearish. Executives sell for diversification, tax planning and vesting all the time. But when valuations rerate sharply higher while insiders reduce exposure into strength, I pay close attention. The bigger strategic question is what happens once SpaceX becomes publicly tradable. Does fresh capital move into the broader space sector? Or does money rotate toward the category leader while investors become more selective with premium-valued names? That matters for: • $RKLB • $ASTS • $LUNR Because momentum can lift the whole launch pad. Execution usually determines which names stay in orbit. A useful historical comparison is the EV cycle. Investors bid up almost every EV-related company alongside Tesla during peak enthusiasm. Once markets shifted from future narrative to actual execution, leadership narrowed fast and valuation discipline returned. Space may be approaching a similar stage. I still see enormous long-term opportunity across launch systems, defence contracts, orbital infrastructure and satellite communications. But over the next few weeks the market may begin drawing a sharper distinction between durable long-term operators and companies that benefited most from SpaceX IPO excitement. That could become one of the defining themes for the sector in the second half of 2026. 👉❓Which space company has the strongest moat once SpaceX lists publicly: $RKLB, $ASTS or $LUNR? 📢 Don’t miss out!
