Founder-led companies often outperform those that aren't.
Here are a few from my top 20 list:
6. $Palantir Technologies Inc.(PLTR)$ | Alex Karp
7. $Bloom Energy Corp(BE)$ | KR Sridhar
8. $CoreWeave, Inc.(CRWV)$ | Michael Intrator
9. $AppLovin Corporation(APP)$ | Adam Foroughi
10. $Spotify Technology S.A.(SPOT)$ | Daniel Ek
I'm invested in some of these.
A major advantage is their ability to stay focused on long-term strategy rather than optimizing for the next quarter.
Alex Karp continues to position PLTR at the center of AI and government software. KR Sridhar has spent years building BE's clean energy and fuel-cell platform. Michael Intrator is scaling CRWV's AI cloud infrastructure business. Adam Foroughi has turned APP into a leader in mobile advertising and AI monetization, while Daniel Ek built SPOT into a global audio platform with a strong moat.
Many of the market's biggest winners share one thing—a founder willing to bet on the future.
If I could own only one founder-led company for the next decade, I'd be weighing high-growth tech names like PLTR and APP against long-duration stories like BE and CRWV.
