Coreweave stock dropped massively 2 days in a row after bloomberg report that META was planning a cloud business to sell computing power. However, i dont think that there is any change in the hyperscalers procurement direction towards GPU compute and also the GPU shortage is still the norm across the industry. Meta also have a lease with Coreweave until 2032 and probably will not be able to resell the capacity they got from Coreweave.
Coreweave is a super high Beta stock that moves very fast so im making a small entry as the price is ve dry attractive now after 2 days of big drop.
