📈 My biggest lesson from H1? You don’t have to catch every winner. (Unless you can consistently 😅)

I’m still relatively new to investing, and one thing I’m learning quickly is how easy it is to look back after a big run and think, “I should’ve bought that” 😂

But I’m starting to realise investing isn’t about catching every single opportunit for me. For me, it’s about learning, staying consistent, managing risk and building positions I’m comfortable holding long term.

Going into H2, I’m watching AI and semiconductors closely, while trying to build a solid long-term portfolio instead of chasing every stock that’s already running.

2026 is already halfway through, and the first half of the year has given investors plenty to talk about. AI remained one of the most important market themes, but the story kept expanding. It was no longer just about GPUs or mega-cap tech. Some stocks kept breaking new highs. Some names suddenly became market favorites after earnings. And for many investors, H1 2026 probably came with at least one familiar feeling: “I saw it… but I didn’t buy it.” Which stock do you regret not buying in H1 2026?
