Tesla Reports Tonight: Revenue Est. +16.9%, EPS +140% vs. Q1 — Will Margins Be the Make-or-Break?
Tesla (TSLA) rose 2.53% to $379 ahead of its Q2 earnings release after Wednesday's close. Consensus estimates call for revenue of $26.285 billion, up 16.9% year-over-year, with EPS of $0.31 — a 140% rebound from Q1. Tesla's stock has already rallied 13.14% in Q2, partly reflecting higher oil prices and surging European auto sales, but persistent margin compression remains the key concern alongside Robotaxi expansion and AI progress in energy storage and humanoid robotics. With the market shifting its yardstick from deliveries to margins, can Tesla's report deliver a fresh upside surprise?
