On paper, Shell CEO Wael Sawan’s strategy is to cut carbon footprints, high-grade its chemicals portfolio, and pivot toward lower-carbon ventures. Is this 100% true, I guess we will never know.
As for TTE, I have not done my homework so no further comments.//
