QuickFee (ASX:QFE) reported fourth-quarter FY26 group revenue of $4.4 million, flat against normalised prior-period results as Australian finance growth offset declines in its US division.

The steady normalised revenue contrasts with a 39% decline in reported group revenue from $7.2 million in Q4 FY25, following the divestment of the US Pay Now business in September 2025.

Australian finance revenue rose 14% to $

US finance revenue fell 29% to US$0.5 million due to deferred integration into payment portals through its reseller partner, which the business expects to complete by December 2026.

Following the announcement, the QuickFee share price was unchanged at $0.07.

The company confirmed full-year FY26 normalised revenue of $16.8 million alongside expected final dividend payments of 0.5 cents per share.

QuickFee expanded its Australian debt facility from $60 million to support ongoing growth across its core payment and lending solutions.
