Halliburton’s second-quarter revenue hits $5.7 billion

Halliburton (NYSE:HAL) reported Q2 2026 revenue of $5.7 billion and net income of $534 million, or $0.64 per diluted share.

Revenue rose 3.7% from $5.51 billion, while net income increased 13.1% from $472 million a year earlier.

The quarter generated $824 million in operating cash flow, $668 million in free cash flow and approximately $200 million in share repurchases.

Following the announcement, Halliburton's share price was down 0.3% at $35.11 in premarket trading.

Completion and Production revenue increased 6% sequentially to $3.2 billion, while Drilling and Evaluation revenue rose 5% to $2.5 billion.

Recent moves included a Shape Digital collaboration, the InformatiQ acquisition and contracts involving Aramco, TotalEnergies and Basra Oil Company.
