$Intel(INTC)$ Biggest gains tend to happen when fear is running high, not when everything feels comfortable. I think we're much closer to a bottom than a top right now. Time will tell, but my conviction on that hasn't changed.
The market doesn't ring a bell at the bottom. If everyone is sitting around waiting for $70, odds are it won't be that easy. I'm buying where I see value, not where the crowd seems to want the price to go. If I'm wrong, I'll manage the risk. If I'm right, the upside makes it worth it.
