Societe Generale's newly launched 5x Long and -5x Short DLCs on the individual Magnificent 7 U.S. stocks have started trading on Wednesday, 12 August.

This expansion to 5x U.S. Stock DLCs complements the existing 3x U.S. Stock DLCs range to offer investors more choices in terms of leverage factors.

With up to 5x leveraged and inverse exposure to the individual Magnificent 7 stocks' daily percentage performance, investors can express their bullish or bearish views to capture opportunities in both directions of the market.

Similar to all the U.S. underlying DLCs, the new 5x DLCs on the Magnificent 7 stocks offer investors a new trading window during SGX market hours when the US market is closed, allowing them to respond to market-moving news during Asian hours.

However, investors should note that they cannot manage their position on the U.S. underlying DLCs outside of SGX market hours.

Nvidia Five-Day Win Streak as AMD Drops 7% — Is Chips Picking Sides?
Nvidia +3.43% Wednesday, touching $222 intraday — its best level since June 3 — with market cap near $5.8 trillion and a fifth straight advance. AMD fell 7.04% on earnings the same session and pulled the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index down with it. That gap reads as rotation rather than cooling: money isn't leaving AI, it's concentrating into the names with the clearest moat and the most visible earnings. SpaceX picking Nvidia is one more demand data point. Certainty, or leverage?
