錦欣生殖醫療集團各院區院長月例會每月舉辦一次，第二次院長月例會在11月24日圓滿結束。
集團6家醫院由院長帶領醫院質控負責人（臨牀醫生、實驗室醫生、患者滿意度負責人等）參加本次會議，CMO李媛教授對各院區1-8月份重要數據做了重點分析，針對每家醫院優勢和需要改進的地方一一進行指導，着重關注了選擇性單胚胎移植在降低多胎妊娠率中的作用；並討論了拮抗劑方案鮮胚移植提高成功率的經驗，幫助各醫院尋找問題所在並提出改進及整改措施，各醫院積極配合，互相交流，爲了共同的目標團結一致，努力奮進！
對各院區關於預防中重度OHSS提出要求。本着嚴防併發症、預防重於治療的原則，各院區重點關注，並做好預警機制、定期覈查預警機制的落實情況。
本次會議秉承以患者爲中心的錦欣文化，爲了更好地服務大衆，提升錦欣品牌影響力，提出需要大家精益求精，抓細節，細節決定成敗；把精益化醫療服務落實到臨牀中去，爲患者提供更高質量的醫療服務！
