雍禾醫療（2279.HK）中籤結果出爐：定價15.8港幣，每手500股，一手中籤率15%，16手穩中一手，認購人數8.11萬人，認購倍數160倍，凍結資金241億港幣，乙頭可中22手。預計打16手的打和點在2.3%，乙頭打和點在2.3%。

從結果上來說，這個中籤率是符合預期的，20%左右的一手中籤率，不多不少，16手穩中一手非常的普惠。目前對於雍禾的觀點我依舊保持是估值合理，雖然公司對於未來的開店計劃都是非常明顯的，但是這個僅僅是計劃，如果按照公司的開店預期，當然能夠達到肯定是最好的。
目前算下來知道的數據是，一家店的營收平均下來每年是3000-3500萬人民幣的貢獻，所以如果按照一定的淨利率是可以推算出公司未來的盈利規模的，這裏涉及到交易思維，今天不是重點，這裏就不多做贅述。
最後，北海康成昨天出了暗盤，跌幅10%，今天直接暴跌30%，只有3個人去了乙組。這種票非常冷，我自己小虧一把，以後不到100倍認購的公司不要去乙組，省得到時候打多少中多少。自己扛不住。
鑑於目前整體恆指有所反彈，我對雍禾的暗盤預期大概在10%左右，給不給得到看市場吧。
