$Soup Holdings(5KI.SI)$ [Miserable days ahead for James] James proclaim he has got $120k cpf (he thinks it's a lot of money in today's term), "300k" worth of soup and 600g of gold bars. Let's do a breakdown what the future holds for him!

CPF: Barely meeting BRS, so when he finally reaches 55, he can at most withdraw a consolation amt of $5000 as per CPF rules. He has to wait another 10 over years to start withdrawing CPFLIFE Monthly.

Soup : True he spent $300k in soup, but it's only work $4000 in the market now. Just checkout the buy queue daily. That means he can never recover that $300k and it's simply rotting. He might say Soup gonna pay dividends next year. I was also hoping that! That would also mean soup sink deeper into financial trouble as it is still losing money🤭.

Gold: This is a bagger! Even though gold is currently trading below James avg of $186, if he sells it, it's still worth some $100k. Unlike soup, there are little buys available to mop up his 5 million shares😆😆😆

$450k portfolio--> transformed to 1 million in 5 years time? Likely scenario --> $100k (Shrinking 70%)

That imaginary 1 million FD parked at BOC<--- Self explanatory 😆

Moral of the story : James thinks he is smart and thinks he is an investor. But looking at the way he trades, buy sell for the slightest profit, it makes him a speculator instead! And market has a way in dealing with speculation. Good riddance James🤭
