The $HSTECH(HSTECH)$ edged higher on Monday morning (21 September), rising around 0.4% as of 9:45am SGT.

Amplifying the move,  $HSTECH 7xLongSG271216(SYHW.SI)$  rose around 2%, while $HSTECH 7xShortSG270309(9B2W.SI)$ declined a similar magnitude.

The index rebounded from the 4,250 level last week after successfully retesting this support zone for the second time this year. Holding above this level will be critical to sustaining further upside momentum.

In the U.S., $NASDAQ 100(NDX)$ futures also traded higher after breaking above the 30,000 level, gaining approximately 0.6%.

This lifted the $Nasdaq 7xLongSG280330(MFVW.SI)$ by more than 4%, while the Nasdaq 7x Short DLC (W5BW) declined a similar magnitude.

Market attention now turns to the Xi-Trump Summit in Washington on Thursday (24 September).

Investors seeking bullish or bearish exposure may consider the 7x or -7x DLCs across selected U.S., Hong Kong and Singapore indices.

Nasdaq Hits Record High — Which Chip Stocks Are Being Left Behind?
The Nasdaq Composite closed at a record and chips ran a fifth straight session, but the winners changed hands. Arm +17.16% to $322.90, Intel +12.14% to $121.78, AMD +9.95% to $615.52 - while Nvidia added 2.30% to $227.38 and Broadcom 1.60% to $362.66. QQQ closed at $741.47, the S&P 500 +1.49% to 7,764.70. The read is that Meta's Muse assistant points agentic AI toward CPUs and general-purpose compute, not stacked GPUs; Arm's CEO called demand off the charts. Oil and yields both fell, which usually lifts the longest-duration names. Those are the two that finished last. Rotation, or a headline?

4250 is key, but I care more about how implied vol in the 7x DLCs behaves into the summit than a pure direction bet
