$Soup Holdings(5KI.SI)$ Something Interesting I saw base of SGX filling by Soup. In the month of July, 2 key appointment holders stepped down. Mr Then resigned due to personal reasons. On 11/8, Soup reported 1H loses of $670k. Few days later In Aug, Mr Then off loaded a substantial amount of Soup holdings shares, only to be happily snapped up by James. His ambition is to mount a takeover of soup. James is so happy becos he managed to off load 1.2 million shares at 6.2 cents and buying back Mr Then's shares at less than 4 cents, 2 million shares🤭 In the process, he gained by "short selling".
