### 1️⃣ Why am I making this trade now?
Despite today being a broad market sell-off—with the Nasdaq dropping over 1.5%—Apple (AAPL) showed clear relative strength by holding ground and trading in the green. When a mega-cap market leader refuses to pull down during aggressive market-wide selling, it signals strong underlying institutional demand and accumulation. Following strength in a weak market is one of my core setups, so I entered AAPL today to capitalize on this positive divergence and ride the momentum while buyers continue to defend the stock.
### 2️⃣ What’s my plan from here?
My strategy is to stay aligned with the relative strength while strictly managing risk if market conditions shift.
* **Holding/Adding:** I will continue holding the position as long as AAPL maintains its relative outperformance against the tech index and respects its intraday support levels. If the broader market stabilizes or rebounds and AAPL pushes higher into new intraday highs, I may look to add to the position.
* **Reassessing/Exiting:** What would make me reassess my view is a break in trend. If AAPL loses today's relative strength, gives back its intraday gains, or breaks below key technical support levels, I will execute my exit plan to lock in gains or keep any potential loss minimal.
