$Grab Holdings(GRAB)$ Bull: Grab is scaling profitably. Q2 revenue rose 22% to $997M and adjusted EBITDA jumped 54% to $168M (16.9% margin), its eighteenth straight quarterly increase. Management raised 2026 EBITDA guidance to $720-740M and expects Financial Services to turn EBITDA-positive in H2. A $750M buyback expansion and $450M trailing free cash flow support the stock. Record 54M monthly users deepen its Southeast Asian moat.
Bear: Quality of earnings is debatable. Operating profit was only $19M against $235M net profit, and incentives still cost $706M a quarter. Fuel-cost driver support and FX squeeze margins, Superbank and Stash add integration risk, and rivals like GoTo and Shopee keep competition fierce. Grab has often missed EPS estimates, and any GoTo deal faces regulatory hurdles.
