近日，無錫市開展人才工作會議，市委、市政府全體領導，市法院檢察院主要負責同志，高層次人才代表參加了會議。會上，市委書記杜小剛表示，要以更高標準、更大力度推進新時代人才強市建設，努力打造人才發展現代化先行區的窗口樣板。
此次人才工作會議上，無錫市對王道科技有限公司（EDTK.US）董事長高曉峯等共計14位上市企業創業領軍人才授予了“產才融合突出貢獻人才”稱號，使無錫產才融合發展路徑愈加明晰。

近年來，無錫市持續加快建設重要人才中心和創新高地，爲各地來錫創業人才提供了全維度、寬領域、多層次的政策體系。數據顯示，截止2021年，全市已有1,184家創業人才企業，銷售收入達842.94億元，並共有12家人才創業企業在境內外上市。
近期來，王道科技持續深耕人才建設領域，以“人才培養、人才輸出”爲方針多面佈局了相關產業，爲無錫人才吸引工程做出了顯著貢獻，如：與錫山中專簽約共建企業學院，助力產教融合；與多所高校合作建設西學中遠程教育平臺，培養中醫藥結合人才；收購“人才之家”，進入靈活用工和人力派遣領域，爲人才輸出提供通道等。
最後，無錫王道科技董事長高曉峯表示，作爲一名從北京迴歸無錫的創業者，對精準化服務優化人才發展環境感觸特別深，公司發展戰略也始終考慮人的因素，讓被引進的人才時時處處感受到友好、友善、友愛，在無錫更有舒適感，安心謀發展。
