Restructuring is to trim human resource reduancy & improve operations efficency. Lot of wastage in big corporate companies  due to old culture mindset dragging it from advancing. Need a good clean up.

    Depends on the type of restructuring involved. If is is purely headcount cut with no real organizational reset, then it will do more harm than good
