    I’m not a shill and I’M a janurary holder till now. But i think when they said “share”, I think it literally means sharing (分享), not share (stock). I might be wrong?

      No lah, you vote based on the number of shares you have, the American traders will link it to their broker and based on that number of shares, they vote.

    I believe most of the legit shareholders didnt vote, for example majority of us at this platform. This calculation is quite childish.
