Tiger, Didi and China stocks heading up after Chinese regulators met with banks that they are not out to mess up their own Chinese companies.
I think the Chinese govt is trying to clarify and re-assure the market that they have no intention of doing harm or being anti-business. Meaning no delisting of stocks.
But the stronger regulation will come and the penalty will be meted out. As such, similar to what happened to Alibaba, the regulators will still have their way and send the right message to all future Chinese companies.
