Haha you’re not the only one, me too! It’s ok la, being cautious is a positive trait! Though I’ve learnt that once you see a stock that you have HIGH conviction in & spot it at a nice price, you

  So I learnt for myself if is high conviction company & a nice enough price, I will go in with about $1K worth of stock. Even that is considered very little. But I dont have a lot of capital haha &

  I’m more cautious. Dont just buy 1 or 2 shares anymore le! Unless you’re slowly DCAing to average down. I know some people buy 1 every 2% drop or something. I think very waste time.

  Unless the share is a super ex one like Amazon or something then different case, do buy 1 at a time unless you have a lot of cash & have huge risk appetite since just a 10% fall is a few hundred.

  shouldn’t throw a lumpsum in but there’s also little point in buying just 1 or 2 shares cos say even when there’s a huge rise of 35% how much profit you earn only from 1 or 2 shares?!
