$AMC Entertainment(AMC)$ The reason an FTD takes place is that the investor was unable to buy and deliver shares for which they were contractually obligated, but failed to fulfill. The second reason an FTD exists is that a naked short position was opened and shares to deliver did not exist!!! This staggering number of FTDs on AMC highlights the corruption and shows that naked shorting is taking place and there are no real shares to support the short in the market. There is no other reason for the massive amount of FTDs on AMC, if not for naked shorting!!!
